General Service Terms
Payment & Pricing
All repair and diagnostic charges must be paid in full upon completion of service. Payments are generally non-refundable unless confirmed in by 800fixing.
Final pricing may change if additional hardware issues are discovered during inspection (but we will inform you in advance), such as motherboard damage, liquid damage, or internal component failure.
Updates to Terms
800fixing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our repair services means you accept the updated terms.
Customer Information & Privacy
To provide device repair services in Dubai, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and service address. This information is used strictly for service, warranty, pickup and delivery and its coordination, and customer support.
We do not sell or misuse customer information. You may request removal from marketing including whatsapp communication at any time.
Device Handling & Data Responsibility
Data Backup Responsibility
We always request and its customers are fully responsible for backing up all data before submitting any device for iPhone repair, laptop repair, MacBook repair, apple watch repair.
- Back up photos, contacts, files, and personal information.
- Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and external accessories.
800fixing is not responsible for any data loss during diagnostics or repair.
Uncollected Devices
If a repaired or inspected device is not collected within 90 days after notification, 800fixing reserves the right to recycle or dispose of the device without further liability.
Warranty & Service Limitations
Service Limitations
Repair timelines depend on parts availability and device condition. We may refuse repair if the device is severely damaged, previously tampered with, or considered unsafe to service.
Repair Warranty
Warranty periods vary by repair type (typically 3 months to 1 year). The warranty applies only to the specific repair and parts replaced by 800fixing.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage after repair (drops, cracks, bending)
- Liquid or water damage
- Repairs performed by third parties after our service
- Software issues not related to the hardware repair
- Data loss or corruption
Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel a repair before work begins. If repair has already started, labor or diagnostic charges may apply.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by UAE Federal Law. Any disputes related to our repair services in Dubai will be handled exclusively by Dubai courts.
