To the best of their ability, both parties hereto have agreed to the following:
In accordance with its commercial license given by the Department of Economic Development of the Emirate's government, The First Party – 800fixing LLC (Trade License No. 769302) deals in gadgets and products. People who want to profit from the First Party's services are connected to the First Party and its members via the First Party's network of contacts. First Party's ambition to close the agreement was answered by the Second Party's want to profit from the service by accepting First Party's offer. As a result, both parties have agreed to implement the following rules to govern their relationship:
Clause (1):- Definitions Company:

1. Assessment member: The customer's choice for evaluating the commodity.

Clause (2): The First Party agreed to buy the commodity presented as a used product at the agreed-upon price stipulated in the transaction approved by the Second Party. Upon inspection of the commodity provided for sale by the client, the First Party shall have the right to change the value originally given in light of the commodity's condition and flaws discovered during the actual examination. The Customer shall have the right to accept or reject such value without the First Party and/or the website's owner being held liable (intermediary in the conclusion of the deal).
Clause (3): Prior to turning it off, the Second Party is responsible for deleting all the data recorded on the commodity and all the stickers. As soon as the commodity has been sold by the Second Party to the First Party or one of its registered dealers, the First Party or any of its registered dealers will not be held liable if it later turns out that any of the data or details stored on the commodity were stolen, transferred, or otherwise used by any other person or entity (misused).
Clause (4): Carrier and iCloud Lock should not be applied to any devices purchased by 800fixing LLC. The gadget must be approved by a local TRA before it can be marketed. A device purchased through 800fixing LLC may be refused if the Carrier and iCloud lock are still in place.
Clause (5): The second party consents to providing personal information and allowing the first party to take photos of their IDs.
Clause (6): It is agreed that the Emirate of Dubai Courts will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the interpretation and application of the contents of this agreement. www.800fixing.com is maintained by 800fixing LLC ("Site"). According to our official statement, "We reside in the United Arab Emirates" and "The United Arab Emirates is our country of citizenship." The use of AED-denominated credit or debit cards from Visa or MasterCard is permitted. OFAC and sanctioned nations will have no access to our products or services. Customers who are under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to register as members of our website or do business on our platform. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to keep a copy of all transaction records and policies and guidelines issued by the bank. The user is in charge of safeguarding the privacy of his or her account information.
POLICY FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND: No Cancellation or Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable after they have been made for a Service.
No refunds, no exchanges, and no cancellations are allowed for any 800fixing services or goods that you purchase.
